If you are having any problems with placing your order or would like help with sizing recommendations or answer your questions on how items fit, please email us or message us on FB, we're here to help, like your favorite shopping buddy always does.
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, email or message us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please email or message as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn with original tags in original condition and in the original packaging.
- Shoe boxes are needed to resell the items, so please use an outside shipping box for returning shoes so the original packaging won't be damaged and we can process your return!
- Include your return item and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
We can’t guarantee an exchange because of the limited number of fabulous styles featured on the site. We’ll issue you a store credit as soon as we receive your item as long as it's within the 30 days from placing your order! But, hot items go fast and the Forever West girls suggest placing a new order for the right sized item to be sure it doesn’t go out of stock while we wait for your returned item in the mail. Otherwise, if you’d like to wait for your store credit and the right size in the right style is still available, you can use your store credit to snag it right up as soon as your return is processed!

Please double check your information before checking out. We want to be sure you get your items, and can only do so if the buyer is sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
